How do I get on GPRS with this phone, ive got the settings etc, but it wont connect, it says 'gprs network not available' ive got loads of credit but it just wont work.

It sounds as if GPRS has not been activated on your account with Vodafone.

I have the same problem - I have an paid for account with my employer but they do not activate GPRS and I get the same error. However mine will then attempt and will succeed in dialling into Vodafone and connect over what I think is a 9k modem link. It works does it is damn slow.

Do you have the GPRS symbol on the top of either your front screen or the main screen inside? It should be next to the network reception symbol and looks like two boxes with arrows between them (I think!).

If not then I think that you will need to call Vodafone and have GPRS activated.
