I can't get mine online either via my Powerbook Titianium. It worked fine with my Nokia 3650, but the Z600 won't connect. The phone itself gets mMode fine. The AT&T site gave me some insight, but no go. I have the Sony Ericsson GPRS Modem Scripts, but the site sasys to use Ericsson Infared. Using this I get further along, but then the phone says wrong APN. My Z600 is a Vodafone and I think the dial up trys to connect to Voda network. In the phone there are two settings that can't be deleted because it says they're locked. I've deleted all the rest and only have my AT&T WAP settings GPRS and Voda. I've selected the AT&T settings and as I say the mMode works. But the ability to get my pop email via the phone doesn't work either. Again because I think of the locked voda settings somehow.
Anyone know how to delete locked settings in the Z600?
Oh well-the phone is great and I'm very happy with it. RF seems very good. Not to big at all, but I'm coming off of a 3650 (very bulky).
iSync of Apple iCal and Addressbook works perfect via bluetooth also. Just dialing.

I got it to work with the help of these scripts http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/13523?PHPSESSID=bdce8972c98dfc056cb1b01a198ffed1
and emaiingl the author of them.
Setup the computer by installing these scripts. Then in the network preference enter the word proxy as the phone number. That's the key.

I usually find it easier to do it without the preloaded scripts. Just enter *99***1# (where 1 is the CID, usually it is, of the data profile you're using on the phone) into the phone number area of your dialup software. (internet connect, under the USB Bluetooth Modem area)
then hit connect, and it should work. (assuming you've gone through the bluetooth setup assistant with your phone already)
