Z600 and T-zones problem

Z600 and T-zones problem
Hey,
I'm awaiting for the Z600 to come out for T-Mobile on pay as you go but I'm not sure when exactly its coming out, does anyone know?

Also I heard that there is a problem with T-zones is this true? If so what would i be missing out on? Would I still be able to get ringtones and themes???

i was able to dl ringtones(using t610 as phone choice) but am having some difficulty with t-zones....t-mobile asked to wait a full 48hours before using it...i can connect to sony ericsson's website with no problem. tmobile sent me a special file for the phone and i'm now at tier 2 for help.....will try again tomorrow and see if it connects at tzones.:rolleyes:

I have had my Z600 for about three weeks now. I bought it on line from a distributor in New Jersey. It came unlocked, but branded Vodafone. After about a week I send it to have the firmware flashed to the latest revision and also they unbranded the Vodafone. My cell phone provider is T-Mobile USA, and as of this time TMO USA does not support WAP 2.0, therefore you can not get your T-zones on the Z600. TMO says they are working on getting their servers up to WAP 2.0, but cannot provide me a date when this will happen. Even without TMO being up to WAP 2.0, this phone is great. I still have my T610, but I find that the Z600 outperforms the T610 in many ways. I have been able to work around the T-zone issue and now receive my POP 3 email through SE e-mail configuration and I have also been able to bookmark enough wap sites to satisfy me.

Where did you send the Z600 to be updated?
I spoke to SE and they told me a week ago that they still do not support this phone.

I've just got a T630, despite my first post, and my network is T-mobile and when my sister sent me a picture message it asked me to open a website to collect it, but when i did it said there was a problem and i need to contact my service provider???
on my sisters fone you dont even need to open a website to collect a pic message..........

It depends if you have a prepaid sim, or a fixed line...

I sent my SE 600 to http://www.globalmob.com/cart/customer/home.php to get my firmware flashed and the phone unbranded. Great turn around time and outstanding service.

Pay as you go = prepaid...so that sux... get a contract!
