Siemems c351..how to unlock...

Can anybody point me please in the right direction, of how to unlock this phone, currently on Virgin, need it on 02....is it a simple case of a few numbers entered onto the keypad...or will i need to take it to a shop which deals in unlocking phones...!!!!
