Hi,

-Theyre arent many around, demand is massive (On PAYG).

-Mine must be from the new batch because,

I have had absolutely no problems with the phone freezing,
The software is fine,
The menu is piss easy when you get used to it,
I am very sure that the buttons have been changed, because when I was looking around for the phone, I tried a few testers and remember the buttons being a lot softer and sticky as well as being very unresponsive, but the buttons seem a lot harder and there have been no response problems.

-The phone looks great!

-The camera is unbelieveable, picture quality is excellent.

-No problems downloading games or ringtones, there arent many games available at the moment, but im sure that will change.

-The shortcuts are good, everything is very simple, i.e. looking up numbers etc.

-Not had any problems with the signal or call quality.

-For £165 on pay as you go, is an UNBELIEVABLE bargain.

-A MAXON?!?!, just tell your mates its really a Samsung, they can't really argue can they?

-When the data cable is available I will be delighted.

Anyone got any questions?

I very much doubt that a data cable will be available.

Hi there,

I am currently reaching the end of my contract period with O2 Online and am looking to upgrade my phone with them or starting a new contract with Orange who are now offering virtually the same tarriff (500 monthly free txts and 200 cross network minutes).

Anyway, I am basically trying to get the best deal i can with the best possible handset I can and at the moment am considering either the O2 X1 or pay a little extra and get the Nokia 6600.

I want a good camera phone and i like the idea of the swivel camera feature of the X1. However the phone book capacity seems a little low (250) and i am put off by the fact ive never heard of the manufacturer. But every review I have read such as yours seems to be favourable. One thing i am unclear about is whehter any photos/video i take can be emailed by MMS? Could you clarify this for me please.

Also, which handset would peeps recommend.. this or the Nokia.. or any other? As I say, I am after a decent camera phone with good features...

Any help much appreciated,
Anil.

P.S. I'm new here and would like to say this is a cool site! :)
