Cannot Connect to Headset

Headset - Jabra BT350
Bluetooth - ZOOM PCCARD 4312
I *believe* I do not have the generic MS BLuetooth SP2 Drivers.

I downloaded the newest drivers that zoom has.

Under services I have "Bluetooth Service"
Under Device Manager I have
[-]Bluetooth Devices
....Bluetooth PC Card

I get the generic error that I cannot connect when I try to connect to headset.

If it is indeed my drivers not working right is there a place to just download generic widcomm newest drivers?
