So I have no phone for the moment and was wondering how long it will take my new phone to arrive after an insurance claim? I ordered it on February 7.

Did they accept the claim? If so, I would imagine VERY soon, as when this was the case for me, I got it in two days.

My cousin did it for me so I don't know how to accept the claim. I'm hoping it arrives by tomorow

Just curious - who is the carrier and phone? Is the insurence through the carrier or a third party?

Was there a warranty from the manufacture as well?

Just arrived,It was a W600 which I got on X-mas but, while fishing with the family i dropped it in the water.Carrier is Cingular.
