wah, were famous... hmm.. it says the site is obsesive compulsive on mobile phones. thats an understatement :D

In India the cell nos belongs to the operator. You cant retain the no while changing the carrier. :( . Earlier if one wanted to shift more prepaid to postpaid the no would have to be changed. But now it is not the case. However as in the US the no is the property of the user in India it is not the same.
