Mate, I should warn you, you have probably made a lot of people a little peeved. There is a huge difference between the N80 and the 6280 that I do not know where to begin. I'll start of by saying erm different Operating System S60 as opposed to S40. I'll let the other MobileBurners say the rest as I can't be bothered :D

Btw, Jose I agree CPW are fairly accurate but I think that will be first limited stocks. Look for mid-June for it to really start selling. It will be perfect competition between the N80 and P990...that is due in week 23 (End May/Early June) according to posts on MR.

Hmm, yeah actually after looking at the specs it may actually be a decent nokia!

Sorry, but I'm really not a fan of nokia. Most of the phones of late have been fairly poor.

Still, don't get so antsy...let them have the time to work out all the bugs, and maybe even do some customer research to iron out problems (such as the N70 keypad being pretty much useless unless you have really pointy fingers)

I wasn't so keen on this phone initially either. But that was because the first time we saw it, it was a "concept" of Alexandr3 and the initial specs were made up (through literally chinese whispers). (This was september 2005)

It was only when it was confirmed by nokia, with all the specifications that I started giving it some thought...and then when I saw it in luscious black. :D Bang! I saw my next phone.

There's picture samples I've seen from HOFO...not really wow'd about it. Battery, I'm getting scared on this, the guy at hofo said it was average, but he did say he only played with it a short while.

I'm being optimistic that somehow its all wrong, and its all a ploy and they will release it in March to make the release appear early.

Hmm....what constitutes a serious delay? I mean if it released end May which is looking likely that is 2/3 through Q2! I expect the N95 to be announced in the coming months with a release of Sept-Nov. For now I did not fall into the 'wait for the better phone' cycle and I am extremely happy with the W900. Has all the multimedia options that I want and syncs my calender which is good enough. (The process of being converted from a Nokia fanboy into an SE fanboy continues...:D)

I've my fingers crossed that the 3250 will make it in 2 months. Aside from the smaller size, and rotating candybar form factor - there's nothing really THAT new about it, it's a smartphone with an upgraded OS, and upgraded camera. That's about it. It's not as complicated as the E61 or the N80.

O2 tend to be THE slowest for 3G uptake so far, due to their insistance with their silly i-mode phones, something that will phase out very quickly in my eyes. Its just a step sideways not forwards on the climb of things, cause all it really is, is a simplified web browser..

I managed to get an upgrade via Three and to retain me they offered me the phone on £20/month (VT350, 200 mins, 100 texts, 25 pic msgs, £5 inclusive downloads) with £91 automatic cashback and an extra £15 credit raised the day I took the phone out.

As long as the N80 is out on Three before April, then it's my phone. Hopefully by the time that contract is up in 2007, someone will have unlock codes for it.

I looked at it and realised I don't mind as much as I thought, but the black version looks the sleekest and coolest I think. I bet it will be limited though as usually the networks only bring out one version and I suspect it will be the silver one - that said, Three had both ivory and silver N70s.

The N80 in silver looks like a stubby N70. The N70 needs to be in full to be beautiful.
