I am quite new to mobile phone technology and need to understand which WAP & MMS profile settings to use for my Z600.
I am with O2 and have the online offpeak 300 tariff. Unfortunately I lost my WAP & MMS profile settings somehow - probably playing around :confused: . Anyway I have been to the Sony Ericsson site to use their configurator (program that will send WAP & MMS settings to your mobile as a text message), however I am unsure of which WAP settings to use as there are two: Basic WAP, and GPRS WAP. Which one should I download? I realise that the GPRS is probably the best but I'm a little unsure as to whether my tariff will allow it? (it allows 500 WAP mins per month plus 500 texts or 125 media messages)
Also if someone could explain or direct me to a site that explains what GSM and GPRS are, I would be most greateful :)
