can you turn the shutter sound off on the Samsung E700?

nope.....the sound has been put in at an annoying volume on purpose so you cant take any of those secretive shots of you secretary as she walks by.....sucks eh?

Yes it can be turned off I was playing around with this phone today, there's 2 options for sounds and a third option - off, have a look at the menus i cant remember where it is
