help please

my cousin has just got her d600, and she loves it-but the only problem is the software has something wrong with it. on her pc It says xp does not recognise it or something,but on the disc it clearly says for xp.:confused: :cool:it just wont install the drivers or the prograams.I might get her a bluetooth dongle,but can anyone suggest anything.;):cool:

when it asked if you want to install. i just cliked yes and it workd for me. it said there may be problems with you pc, but nothing has happened yet
