it's a vertu... it costs upwards of US$3000 for basic models

umm, there's not a lof of stores that actually sells parts for this phone. The only way, I think, is for you to get it from their site... or maybe from the store you got it from.

a friend of mine uses one of the signature models 2006, his is the white gold version... he got it from hongkong.
