Unlocking TMobile MDA Vario

Hi there people,

I have looked on the various websites for some unlocking software, and I have failed. I have the new W2005 mda vario and wish to unlock it from Tmobile. I did ring TMobile and told them that I am going on holiday and wish to use another sim whilst im there, they turned around an said it will cost £15 and will take 28 days to send the code!!!!!

I obviously do not want to pay, and if i have to, then so be it. Does anyone know of any program I can use to unlock my phone? I know remote unlocking may work, but im unemployed and cannot really afford to spend 20 quid on it! I got this phone free via an upgrade.

Any help, advice or program suggestion will be great.

Yes i have a usb cable, or bluetooth connection to the phone.

I paid £2 for the software from ebay to unlock my MDA CompactII and it took 30 seconds to unlock to handset.

This thread is nearly 2 years old and the links have gone cold.

I have the same problem like the guy who originally started the thread: I have a T-Mobile MDA VARIO and want to unlock it so I can use it when I am abroad and not run up extortionate phone bills due to roaming charges.
