Nokia 6111 or Nokia 6270 or N70?

sorry for this triple dilema friends but i had my mind set on D600 when i got a (Cypriot) magazine this morning recommending this nokia phones. they seem to have everything one needs and the first 2 (N6111 and N6270) have a very modern appearance as well similar to the D600.

so between the three what seems to be the best choice? or shall i stick to D600?:confused: :)

You really are covering three different class of phones there. The 6111 is low- to mid-range, the 6270 and D600 are mid range handets, and the N70 if fairly high end. Which one you need really depends on what you want out of your phone, as these four have very different feature sets.

mmm.... since you're already using a D600, it's probably safe to say that you fancy cute, small, and mildly capable phones.

I'd probably recommend the 6111... it's small, is capable enough, has a good and bright screen (like the samsung), and has the same slider form factor you're already used to.

Think of the quadband 6270 as the 6111's big brother... has a bit more functions, and a little higher in price I suppose. The N70, meanwhile, might be too much for you. Since it has PDA capabilities, a bigger and different form factor, 3G, EDGE, and many other things - which you might end up not using.

6111 < D600 < 6270. ;) go for the 6270..it's not that large compared to d600, but the UI and functions and customization options are better than d600.

thx for the help guys but i think i will follow vx2 on this one. between a NOKIA phone that has almost everything and other brands that have almost everything i always go for the NOKIA one. more reliable imo.

i will probably buy 6270 although if i dont find it or my budjet isnt enough i will go for the 6280 which seems about the same but with a bit less memory.

i dont have the money for N71 yet but feel free to compare it with these 2:P

i think the 6280 will be a bit more expensive than the 6270. its 3g and its got 2 cameras.

Well, I've just gone from a Motorola v600 to a Nokia N70, Voda was offering me the N70 for about half price off plan. Although it is much bigger than the v600, I have to say the Symbian OS is miles ahead!

I've relegated my iPod mini to my car, my point and shoot digital camera to important photo days only, my v600 into it's box as a spare, and am using this phone exclusively. I've been meaning to get back to the PDA world, but I think I can survive with the N70 for now.

Very happy with it. I was going to wait for the N80, but at 50% off, I could not resist.

Looking for a leather pouch with a belt clip for it that fits is a different matter entirely. Noone seems to want to sell me 1 here
