OK Guys, here is the thing...

I got my N70 earlier today, and I've been messing around with it. There were a few apps that came on the memory card (Quickoffice etc.) that I want installed to phone memory so they are there when I change memory cards, my trouble is, I can't figure out how to do this.

You supposed to be able to highlight an item, then go Options > Move to Folder and then select the memory you want (at least thats what the help in the phone says), but when I do that, I don't get to pick the memory, it just shows me a list of folders :(

Help?

i dont think thats the proper way of moving an application, you are just moving the icon from the main menu to a folder that you choose.

i dont know of anyway to move applications from card to phone, i usually just uninstall it from the card and then install it on the phone.

You can move applications from phone to card and vice versa by

creating a new folder in the new location (identical to the previous - eg lifeblog)

then copying/cutting all the contents of the old into the new.

Thats how I do it and it works for me.

@Jose - Yeah, I thought the old manual way wouldn't be a problem, but I just removed and re installed the apps in question - I had to find the installers on the N70 support site though, sucks that they don't include them on the CD.
