6230 and 6230i covers

Hi

I have decided to change to a Nokia 6230i when it comes to upgrading (soon….:) ). What I want to know is will a cover for a 6230 fit a 6230i; I have had a look around the net but have been unable to find anything definite!

It should, I would think...the keypad seems to be the only change in that there's the additional center select key on the Directional pad...shape's still the same I think...

The 6230i screen is slightly larger if I remember correctly, but it shouldn't matter that much, I think its only negligable.

it will fit, but its not advisable to do so, since the screen, though the difference may seem small, is very noticeable if you will match the two... so might as well use one that is really for a 6230i to make full use of that brilliant slightly larger screen... :)

Thats a shame, it would probably drive me mad if it is obvious! i will stuck with the right covers, i just liked the colour of the ones for the 6230 better!
