k750 problems

i have had my k750 only for a few days and i have noticed that it sometimes freezes when on games or bluetooth.

is this normal or just a fualty model, can anyone advise a solution.

also i would like to add some videos to the phone but i dont know what format to convert them to or how to do it.

can anybody help please???

i've had similar problems with the hanging..

2 advises regarding that:

1) Update your firmware to latest version
2) reboot your phone every now and then.. coz it's like a computer, it's good to free up locked memory every once and a while. I was having problems playing tennis and other 3D games.. keeps hanging, or getting a plain screen. sometimes it loads halfway only.. but after rebooting the phone it's smooth again..


about videos, convert them to 3GP format for your phone

My K750 has been on for at least three months now, probably more, no slowdowns and no problems. I almost never turn my handsets off.

thanks for your input. i just experienced the lag and hanging of games once, and a reboot fixed it..

also about that k750 is like a computer that needs to be rebooted, well i read it in the in the phone's manual. lol :)
