Changing Media Net to MMode

I have an AT&T account and didn't want to switch to Cingular. I bought a Cingular Motorola V551 and had it unlocked. But I can't download ringtones to my phone because I need MMode and the phone uses Media Net. This guy told me to configure MMode to my phone. Does anyone know how to do that?
