samsung game installation

i was given mobile game files but can't seem to load them to the phone.what is the procedure of doing this.can it be done via blue tooth?:)

its a very very tedious and frustrating procedure. Look upon it at mobile-reviews thread http://www.mobile-review.com/forum2/showthread.php?t=24750&highlight=d500+flash
and anywhows, sometimes i think its not just worth the time and effort. :(
