Samsung P510 problem

Hiya, I am new here and I was wondering if anybody could help me.

I recently purchased a Samsung P510... (of ebay) the phone is lovely, the only thing I am having trouble with is the date and time. It is not holding it in the phones memory.

I set the World Time for GMT london, then I set the time and the date. It says that it has saved it, then I come out of my menu and it display the 1st Jan 1996 and the time is for some reason stuck at midnight! Does anybody no a reason for this?

Hi don't know how, but for some reason the time and date has managed to sort it self out today. I just hope it keeps it :confused:
