JasJar/Mobile 5 sync issue

Guys and girls - anyone tried synching their JasJar up with outlook - errors all the way and online help confirms people are having issues...

Any workarounds etc ?

We had a lot of trouble with our review unit. The biggest thing is to make sure that Outlook is your default email client for the first time you sync. There are other things we had to do as well, I will look through my emails when I get a second and let you know.

Right, Outlook needs to be installed, an email account in Outlook must be created, and Outlook must be made your default email app.
