Bought a brand new Nokia 6230i a week ago.
It worked fine until 2 days ago when the problems started.
The phone appears to load fine. I am then asked for my PIN code, I try and enter my code but only some of the buttons work. 1,2 and 3 always seem to work and then sometimes the top right button "clear" works.
Because i'm unable to put in my PIN code properly because some of the numbers I use don't work I have to switch the phone off and on a few times and take the battery out etc. Eventually i'll be able to put in the code and can get onto the phone.
Whilst writing this post I've been trying to get past the PIN code but for about 15 minutes and havn't been able to yet.
When i've been able to get past the PIN obsticle then I find that the top right button the "back" button doesn't work so if i go into the menu screen then there is no way of getting back.
Its impossible to do anything with these problems. Can anyone help, make suggestions as to what it could be or suggest possible remedies.
