colour palette of n6630

hi!just asking.......i was exploring my nokia 6630 one day and i learned that the themes that i installed can be edited,under the edit themes i encountered the colour palette,i don't know what this is for..does anyone know what it is??? :confused:

Colour palette allows you to customise your menu a bit more.
