One of the pluses with radio is that you know you can use it almost about anywhere anytime.

Wifi/3G/GPRS is Country/Service/Compatible device dependent.

For me If some one said those three or Radio i'd say radio because I have no need of the other 3.

There is a phrase known as "Barrel & Pincushion Distortion" which tends to be the level of quality of lenses to take pictures in perfectly straight lines. this i guess, which varies from model to model, and the wide end zoom of the lense and some other stuffs which i dun really know. hence even if a good camphone with good macro capabilities which were able to take nice close ups of insects and flowers, doesn't necessarily have the capabilities of taking nice "photocopies" of texts from books.

I dont care for having exact quality image, I just want the information on the pages.

I use my 7610 to do that, and it does an ok job for pages smaller than A4 and writing no smaller than size 10.

Its just so convenient to use a phone to copy written material because you carry your phone more places than you would carry a pen, or a digital camera, or be anywhere near a photocopying machine.

I'm not talking about making some master forgery of a book, just getting the information from it.

yeah all cameras can do that. Its just the better it is, the more convenient just to take an image of the whole thing. With old pseries..t630 etc you can take sections of the pages...yatta yatta.

With the p950's screen I think using it to view copied pages would be dead cool.

I'm quite impressed, looks like one of those Blackberry's or Palm Treos without the antenna. It looks ghey with the flap open to access that querty keyboard, but then again since its stuck on the phone, it makes it easier (and better) to type on than on the p910i. :D

Yup, one of the reasons I love S.E. (even though Im partial to nokia) is that when they make a new phone, the price is justifiable by the amount of features it has and the fact it hasnt left out any from the previous.

With nokia and their nokia-esk flaws they keep leaving out one thing for people to bash it and say its not worth it.

If they wanted to they could make an all in one phone with everything (but this has been discussed before, pro's and cons of doing it)

I'm looking forward to finding something bad about the p950..

My guess is not. The claimed clam shell Walkman is supposed to have a 2 MP module from Sony insted from another source as for K750/W800. I believe all new SE camera phones will use Sony camera modules from now on.

yupe, but most ports were bigger than USBs. And USB can do almost everything they could, especially USB works better with PCs than all those crappy ports they made that tried so hard to communicate with PCs thru USBs.
