So I'm needing a new phone, and I think the 6230 looks like the best for what I need (bluetooth, lowish cost, excellent call handling/quality/reception) for Cingular/ATT.
Now I've read on here and on amazon reviews of everyone's 6230s locking up. Should I not get one? Has anyone gotten one recently that works perfectly? And is there a way around it (loading old firmware yourself)?
Any other help is appreciated. Or if anyone knows of any other good phones I can get relatively cheaply (for Cingular or unlocked) that have bluetooth and excellent basic phone operation) I'm interested in that too.
