Nokia will release a new Communicator, but there is no indication when. :) So I would by one of those out now. 9300 can only connect to internet through GPRS, but it is relatively fast. 9500 has wifi, but then again how often are you at a hot spot and/or willing to pay for using it? If you have wifi in your home, then its pretty cool. And so will N770 btw.. can't wait to get one for my house!

I thought they both had EDGE, which is faster than GPRS - but you knew that.

I would sacrifice the size for the camera and wifi, even if the camera isn't the greatest and the wifi isn't that much of an improvement I've heard since the phone can't process all that data that quickly anyways...
thanks for your help everyone i bought a 9300 i'll see how it goes if i don't like it i'll get a 9500. i hope it isn't hard to type the keys are close together hopefully the features will live up to their standards

the 9300 is a great phone to pickup....congrats dude....what i liked about it was the sleekness...the 9500 seems to be a lil too huge....but what you all should ckeck out is the HTC Universal...it redefines the word BIG.....it has all the features to match though and a really huge screen!

Te HTC-U can cover your face in the rain. PErsonally I am going for the HTC Wizard, and will use it along side my sidekick two for a few weeks to determine which I like best. Then, if thats the case Ill switch to the Wiz. Question is, do I get it with my current provider Tmo.. or do I wait a month later and get it with Cing, who supports EDGE. We'll see.

i think a 9500i or a 9300i 2 be lauched by december maybe out in the market 2q 06.
9500i - 2mp cam, 3g, edge. etc
9300i - 1meg cam edge wifi

If the changes are gonna be that extreme, I don't think Nokia would opt for just an "i" variant...

... i dont think so... :) these are such turn-offs for youngsters, even young executives...... the specs u suggest might come up with another model, more hippy thing.... something like 7710 i guess. :) 9 series = turn off if its for entertainment.... business wise, no doubt its their strength. :)
