Nokia 6820 vs Nokia 6822

Does anyone know the difference between the Nokia 6820 and the Nokia 6822? Is the 6822 the businesss version or something?

i think the improvements in the 6822 are
better screen: 65k compared to 4k
Java MIDP 2.0 compared to Java MIDP 1.0
VGA camera (640x480) compared to CIF camera (352x288)
everything else is the same..
