I am having a problem with the built in email software in the Nokia 6230i phone. This is when creating an email to send from the phone.
After writing the message and trying to send it (ie when I take the send choice from the inbuilt email programme) I often get an immeidate error message, with the email programme offering no choice other than a red "stop sign" error message "dismiss?". The message is lost and then has to be completely rewritten). This happens about half of the time, at other times the message will save alright and can subsequently be sent OK after connecting to GPRS.
The problem I am describing is within the Nokia email programme and is not related to the GPRS connection to the service provider Vodafone UK. Once the written email has been saved correctly by the email progamme I can then send and retrieve OK through GPRS. The problem is in writing the email itself within the email programme.
Any ideas anyone? Thanks. Peter
