Not much in normal terms but they can hardly call class it under the RAZR category when it's an extra 1/2 cm thicker - maybe call it a CHBY ? or PRKY V3 ?

ill admitt it was a veyr good looking phone, but feature wise it is nowhere near its competitors for the price, most of my mates who have them have sent them back to shops at some point due to them going wrong, the camera isnt very good......bit flimsy...err thats about it

cool, a rapid quick replier! hehe:)

Yeah, I must admid that the camera isnt very good (in comparison to current VGA cameras at time of its release)...it wasnt a feature packed phone. But then again, it wasnt meant to be.

All its purpose really was a "bling bling" lookin' good phone. lolz.
Maybe the priced paid was for ergenomics...design ...etc like people are paying tons for the premium nokia line (although they are made of better material) even though it doesnt do anything more special than phones 1/4 of its price tag.

I like the v3, I have the black one..somewhere in the house (i havent used it in 3 days and im sure the battery is flat so i cant call it to find where it is).

I only got it because my friend had it when he renewed his contract, but he preferred his s700i so i got the v3 black off him.

I think for simply calling, texting, basic things its ok.

The V3 had poor memory, poor camera, poor battery life the style was the only saving grace. If it was a bit uglier it would never have sold in the first place... Style is everything - sacrifice features for sheer looks...hence the 8800 being the undisputed daddy

8800 is overhyped has a bunch of software problems is actually a step back on voice clarity.

as someone said all phone have bugs... but when the bugs are on a 1000 $$ phone they irritate 4 times as much if they were on a 250 $ phone

I'll take the rough with the smooth - torn between using the W800 and 8800 - a payt sim is in order methinks

aaarg...cant find it! crap...(ive lost a phone in the house, and its got a dead bat...)

urgh. lucky i use it for outgoing calls only.

V3 does have extremely bad memory...inbox keeps filling up all the time!

I can put couple of converted mp3s and some pictures on there, but no more..:(

if loads of phones were uglier they would never have sold..so yeah styling is everything.

being torn about which to use 8800 or w800, tut, its an orrite predicament for some eh?! hehe!

Yes! I always do that. Always losing my phone when it's on silent or dead.

I concur, the V3x is scrumptous. But it's not out until the end of the year right?

its not so bad cos as i said, out going calls only phone...i hate losing my main one...and when its on silent

i will turn my room upside down to look for it...then to find out after it looks like a bomb has landed, that its in the drawer next to the bed..

Its going to be funny to see my friends faces..they were quite jealous ..an mad when they saw the black v3 (cos they had the silver one) ..lol ..maybe i shud annoy them and get this one...

I think this should be black too! its very slimming you know! hehe:D

Alejandrois a wise man !! seen 4 8800's on the street since release and work in central london.....3 were being carried by seriously sexy chics...the other a manager of a telecoms firm...

It has serious appeal - useit for 2 days and you'll never go back....however PEBL due soon hmmmm...

strange...normally when people tell me of a cool phone that has so much appeal, i was thinkin that already! but i still do not understand the 8800's appeal. (but thats just me...to each his own..yatta yatta yatta....i do know that its premium line, premium materials..but it just isnt makin me go..oooooooooooooooooh!)

the only chik ive seen with one is my aunt (32) ...when she had the 8910i i thought that was well cool, even though the screen was uberly pathetic..(love uber :D)

Well it's the firm feel, build quality and yes the materials...camera is rubbish as is standby...its just the appeal over normal phones like the W800 etc....

just wish it had rs-mmc capability would be the uber MP3 player...

Amen - my 8810 still holds it own - just don't keep it on yur ear for over 10 minutes for fear of it melting to my ear...it does get seriously hot in use !
