V600 In Nyc!

A friend of mine claimed he knew a guy who could get any phone I wanted... I told him i want the V600. He just called me and told me the guy will have it tomorrow,can this be? I like everyone else have been waiting for this thing for what seems like forever. He tells me the price is $500.00 . Does this sound right? I really don't mind paying that much..

I wish I was in your shoes. The v600 is (so far) only going to be offered by AT&T GSM. The problem with that is that I live in Kansas and the nearest AT&T coverage is Colorado. I need to start calling the T-Mobile people and harrassing them every day until they start carrying the v600. This is weak sauce.:mad:
