Welcome to MobileBurn Forums!!!
We thought to start an unlocking post here in the Nokia forums. Simply post your Provider name (and country), IMEI, and Phone Model. An unlock code will be posted if it's possible in the thread.

Since this service is FREE, please do not ask repeatedly or PM the mods with questions. They will ignore you :)

Here is how to enter your code once you have it:

Power off phone and REMOVE SIM
Power phone back on without sim
Push #
Push * key 3 times (you will see p)
Push * key 4 times (you will see w)
Push * key 2 times (you will see a +)
Enter the 15 digit code
Push the * ket 2 times (you will see +)
Type the lock digit (this will typically be 7)
Push #
That's it - The phone should display "Phone restrictions off"


NOTE: If the code does not work properly the first time (and you are 100% sure you enterd it correctly) - DO NOT re-enter the same code!!!! Please post your results. We assume absolutely NO responsibility if anything goes amiss.

no T-mobile serial box is not for taht kind of T-mobile operators it's for 7610 nokia's special..

be careful next time, dont entere anything if you don't know for sure.. you almoust killd your phone,, only cabel would work after 5 tries.

for T610 you have to have a cable.

You don't understand 32802 is T-mobile serial box.. but it's not for that use like you did.. if you dont know correctly contact me first..

Turn off the phone.

Put a non-accepted SIM Card and turn it on.

Type *#9998*3323#. Press Exit.

Choose menu #7.

After phone reboots type *0141# and hit the Call button.

Turn off and insert another SIM Card.

Turn on.

The code is 00000000.

listen, noone knows to unlock 6630 yet, because all calculators doesn't work yet, this 6630 is either new asic type or new serial box type, so noone crack it yet. but we are working on it.

Code #7 worked for the 3200, that was the first one I tried. Haven't tried the 6620 yet, the person who owns it is getting cold feet about me "messing" with their phone, although I have no doubts that your code will work. Thanks again.

Ok being from Ireland my-self ;) I now the story here...

Meteor lock the credit to the IMEI number of the handset, so you can't use that sim card in any other phone and if you do put it in another phone you won't get any signal :eek: and they might shut down the sim if Meteor detect that it's not in the right phone (IMEI).

There is no code to fix it, try ringing Meteor and tell them.

But you can use any other sim card in that phone !

So if you have an o2 or Vodafone sim to hand try it in the phone, and if it accepts the sim it's unlocked.

When you enter an unlock code you get one of two messages:

1. Code error = Which you don't want.

&

2. Phone restriction off - Which means it's unlocked ! ;)

I checked my codes and I also got the same as Khideg.

There is two reasons why the codes didn't work:

1. You entered them wrong or entered wrong codes more than 5 times.

or

2. You gave us the wrong info - ie the network, are you sure it's locked to 02 ?

Thanks, i used code 7 to no effect, then code 1. it didnt say the restrictions were off, but it didnt say that there was a code error so i just tried my old virgin sim and it worked and my dads orange sim worked too. Thanks very much Jacob_Stevenson.

It's well know rule that TIM Italy DOESN't lock their phones at all because they had so mmuch profit, and don't need to do that..

No, that;s the right code. Did it not work ?

Sorry to tell you but, "SIM Card Registration Failed" means your handset is barred/black listed.......

Did you buy it from a store ?

Ring your network and ask them why it says this on your handset. It could be the sim card, well I hope it is for your sake.

Not necessarily, I have an out of service SIM card and that's what it says...it doesn't necessarily mean that the phone is barred. It is most likely the SIM card

Orange sometimes use two lock codes on their hand-sets, so be careful. If you have tried codes on the hand-set let me know, if not do this:

First of all make sure it's not unlocked already, so try a different sim in it.

If still locked leave the non Orange sim in the phone and try code 7 once.

Hi,

Orange sometimes use two lock codes on their hand-sets, so be careful. If you have tried codes on the hand-set let me know, if not do this:

First of all make sure it's not unlocked already, so try a different sim in it.

If still locked leave the non Orange sim in the phone and try code 7 once.

Let me know what happens !

Jacob.dont generate cods for bogus IMEIs, you see that this imei is invalid...

pay attention mlyarringon, get real imei, its 15digits only..
