 Man I have searched high and low for this and I really hope you all can help me.
My company is looking for a peice of software/license that we can buy, that would enable our magazine photographers to Snap a picture from their mobile camera phones and have them be able to send it to our servers here in our office immediately.
For example: Our photographer is at a fashion show, she snaps a picture with her phone, clicks send, and the image is sent/uploaded onto our servers FROM HER PHONE!
THANKS so much in advance and I'd appreciate any at all help I can get!

Why can't she just MMS it to the server? Either way, with or without the program, it'd still be the same...

Depends on the photo's resolution. If it is a megapixel image, it wouldn't fit in an MMS.
I haven't been able to find any solutions for this. Rich Brome at PhoneScoop had written his on Series 60 system for doing this, but he told me last noght that it no longer seems to work.
Send it via e-mail, no additional software required.

Yup send it via e-mail from a compatable handset - no less in resolution, quality and of course saves on the usual inherrant MMS delays...

Better yet, you might want to look at a FTP client for Series 60 devices.
I'm sure there are a number of them. Here is one I found with a quick Google search:

This might work, too. It sounds like it can upload photos directly to your own server:

Coincidentally, msmobiles.com reports a new application that can upload camera shots automatically through FTP, see http://www.jgui.net/myblog/
Just in case you are not aware, going through e-mail is the easiest but it is also the most inefficient, the attachment size is almost 1.5 times the actual file size due to the encoding, so it is better to use other methods (eg. FTP) if possible.
Try searching http://www.handango.com with keywords like 'upload', 'publish'... there are many application for different OSes, here one for Symbian - http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&jid=69X5CX121X54452CXD85E96A6FFX732E&platformId=4&N=7&productId=144814&R=144814
